School Visits
Each year, the department visits the elementary school and daycare. We also have visitors who come to the station for a tour. The kids are always most excited about the smoke house we bring. We give a presentation, allow the kids to try on some gear, and test out some of our equipment we carry on the trucks.
National Fire Prevention Week is the first week of October. Come back each year to see what the new topic is. Our Facebook page also has tips and tricks posted every day that week.
